Platform Usage

- Bidders must provide proof of funds for items exceeding $50,000 USD.
- Circumventing the platform's payment systems is strictly prohibited.

AuctionElite charges a buyer's premium and seller's commission on all successful transactions.

Intellectual Property
All content on the AuctionElite platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AuctionElite or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuctionElite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of AuctionElite exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.
